Clients provide factual source material, product or service details, legal claims, and approved media. We shape supplied content for hierarchy and clarity. Full copywriting is available as a separately scoped service.
How many revisions are included?
Website packages include two consolidated design revision rounds and one pre-launch polish round. New directions after approval, added pages, or changed requirements are quoted as change requests.
Can Ossum maintain an existing website?
Website Care is primarily available for websites we build. Existing websites require a paid technical and content audit before we confirm whether they can be supported safely.
Are domain and hosting costs included?
No. Domains, hosting, premium software, paid fonts, stock media, external APIs, and other third-party costs are paid separately through client-owned accounts wherever practical.
Can branding and website work be purchased separately?
Yes. Existing brand guidelines can be used for a Launch or Growth Website. Broader identity work is scoped separately or handled through the Brand + Website engagement.
What happens after the website launches?
Launch Website includes a 14-day implementation warranty and Growth Website includes 30 days. After that, the client can use the handover material or continue with Website Care or an ongoing growth engagement.
